Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking information.
Please note: During product launches, restocks, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
We’ll always do our best to assist where possible.
