Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns within 14 days after deliver 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zae@helpintheclear.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.

We’ll gladly review the case and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refunds are only approved for orders that:


  • Arrived damaged or defective, and
  • Are reported within 7 days of delivery, and
  • Have not been opened, used, or tampered with.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges for Store Credit

In certain cases, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase instead of a refund.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds or credits based on individual circumstances.
